Booth Cost

All booths are 10’x10′.

Regular Booth: $1,295 ($100 discount for second booth)

Premium Booth: $1,395 (Corners, Ends, and Rows 300 and 1500)

Deposit -$400 – Reserves your booth.

Total balance for booth due by December 1. (Deposit is non-refundable.)

PAYMENT

Choose your booth(s) and tables. You may pay a non-refundable $400 deposit now, and pay the balance by December 1, or you may pay in full.

Booth(s)

All booths are 10'x10'. Regular booths: $1,295, Premium booths: $1,395. (Premium Booths are Corner Booths, End Booths, and Booths in Rows 300 and 1500.) There is a discount for multiple booths.
A non-refundable deposit of $400 will reserve your booth space. Total balance is due by December 1.

Tables

Tables are $40 each. Please choose your size and quantity. You will also have the option to pay now or pay later (by December 1).

Table Covers (No Additional Charge)

Rectangle Tables have white linen top.

Electric/Internet

Electric is available for purchase through Sharonville Convention Center.
Internet/Wifi is included in your vendor package.
